NOTES

Steve jobs knew what the people needs. He knows the people enjoy using products and designed it in a way that people would like.
He captured the imaginations of the people. He knew tablets would not capture attention and invented the iPad.
He think differently.
Getting people excited for the product.

-The idea was great and attractive, thus many people bought it
-itunes made it more convenient for people to listen to music

Say no to a thousand things
-You may have tonnes of ideas, but choose one best idea out of all of the ideas
-Work on all of the ideas to make one huge and brilliant idea
-Slowly eliminate the ideas and end up with one idea

Why do people like apple?
-It is simple and easy to use and understand
-It is user friendly
-It has many entertaining and great features, apps and products

Why people like apple?:  It is because it is simple, it is user friendly, many different types of products for music and games.

Creating experiences not products: iPad was not a good device, but the software is new and very attractive, so it was sold to many people from around the world. Also,  iTunes made listening music a lot easier compared to the olden times.

Sell dreams not products, his dreams means he is selling what people want, he sold peoples dreams. And he followed his dreams and improved his product further.

Jobs captured our imagination as he really understood his customer. He knew that tablets would not capture our imaginations if they were too complicated. The result? One button on the front of an iPad. It's so simple, a 2-year-old can use it. Your customers don't care about your product. They care about themselves, their hopes, their ambitions. Jobs taught us that if you help your customers reach their dreams, you'll win them over

Think differently about your customers. To him, people who bought Apple products were never “consumers.” They were people with dreams, hopes, and ambitions. Jobs built products to help them fulfill their dreams.He once said, “some people think you’ve got to be crazy to buy a Mac, but in that craziness we see genius.”  How do you see your customers?  Help them unleash their inner genius and you’ll win over their hearts and minds
